Graphic Designer/Web Administrator Job Summary

Estimated of time allocated to duties as follows:

  • Adobe Suite: 60%
  • Website Maintenance: 20%
  • Additional Responsibilities: 20%
Job Schedule:
  • Full Time
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:00am to 5:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, edit, and print accurate product labels.
  • Create and maintain marketing materials such as catalogs, merchandise, product documents, and sample books.
  • Service, update and maintain website using WordPress, online tools, and plug ins.
  • Participate in testing of website to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing manager to monitor and improve SEO.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Work with 3rd party to oversee and maintain local computer network.
  • Assist existing and new employees with computer set up as needed.
  • Photograph products and projects for use on website and in print materials.
  • Create and edit videos for LMS, instruction, and promotion using Adobe Premier.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Premier Pro), with experience in obtaining and manipulating graphics and video.
  • Extensive experience with WordPress for building pages and managing website.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus.
  • Photography and videography experience a plus.
  • Ability to perform SEO fundamentals.
  • Proven ability to manage and meet multiple project deadlines.
  • Must have the highest attention to detail.
  • Must have strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Successful completion of background check.
Pay:
  • $26.42 - $29.80 per hour

  • Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with all work performed on-site. Remote work opportunities are not available for this position.
