UDT Grout Colorant is a professional-grade colorant that penetrates existing grout lines to quickly rejuvenate, recolor, and establish grout color uniformity while still retaining a “natural look”. It is available in 12 standard colors that will improve and enhance the look of your tile and grouted surfaces.
FIRST, CLEAN THAT GROUT!
Routine and deep cleaning of tile and grout can be an extremely frustrating experience. Grout, unfortunately, absorbs foul smells and stains into its pores, making it almost impossible to sufficiently sanitize. In fact, many facility managers want to simply replace the floors altogether! If it is scrubbed too aggressively and/or harsh chemicals are used, tile can lose its sheen or form spots, and grout can loosen.
The absolute best way to restore tile and grout to its original condition is to use our deep cleaner, Tile Pro Acid, to open pores and clean grout thoroughly.
Tile Pro Acid is a professional-grade restorative cleaner and descaler for tile, grout and concrete. Tile Pro Acid removes embedded and hardened contamination in preparation for UDT Grout Colorant and a thin coat of EPIC Tile and Grout.

UDT Grout Colorant and EPIC Tile and Grout urethane are 100% compatible with one another. Working together, they provide a fresh look and a continuous membrane that protects the grout lines which makes them easy to clean and maintain. This seamless barrier will prevent odors and stains for 3-5 years and eliminate the challenge of cleaning tile and grout.
EPIC TILE AND GROUT SYSTEM: 1-2-3, it's that easy!
EPIC Tile and Grout System is a three-step tile & grout cleaning and restoration process that will transform unsightly, stained grout and dull tile into like-new condition.
Step 1) Clean the tile and grout using Tile Pro Acid mixed with water. This will deeply clean the tile and grout while opening the pores of the grout to release soil and contamination.
Step 2 -OPTIONAL) Use UDT Grout Colorant to restore the original color or to update the grout color for an entirely new look.
Step 3) Apply EPIC Tile and Grout urethane in a Gloss or Matte finish. By doing this, you will create a protective film over the entire surface that prevents the soil and stains from recurring with normal maintenance.
