Ultra Durable Technologies (UDT) is a Waite Park, Minnesota, company that has been manufacturing innovative coatings since 2008. UDT sets itself apart in the industry by being a private, family-owned company that provides distributors with high-quality, contractor-grade coatings and finishes at competitive prices.

 

The company ensures that its products are consistent, reliable, durable, and sustainable. We are committed to delivering excellent customer service with our extensive industry and product knowledge. Our products are ideal for concrete, terrazzo, VCT, LVT/LVP, tile and grout, and linoleum.

 

We provide distributors across the United States with a variety of floor coatings solutions including urethanes, epoxies, polyaspartics, and polyureas.

Roger Negaard purchases ServiceMaster Franchise.

A large segment of the cleaning business involved maintaining hard surface floors. The process was labor-intensive, and the finish degraded quickly.

Roger aimed to find a better way to protect floors with more durable coatings and applied the first urethane to vinyl.

Negaard Enterprises > Ultra Durable Floors

Roger and Travis began working with multiple vendors to help formulate a urethane product to fill the need.

Roger and Travis marketed and distributed the 1st urethane floor coatings available in the vinyl tile market.

Ultra Durable Technologies

A new manufacturing company began producing and selling high-tech finishes, guards, and sealants.

Continued to innovate and push the industry forward by ensuring that the water-based urethane chemistry and program were sound.

Ultra Durable Technologies Moves!

UDT has expanded through the purchase of a new building in Waite Park, MN, that now serves as the new headquarters (offices and production). It invests in equipment and reorganizes production area for increased production of all products. Also, the company strengthens its commitment to support its distributors by focusing on providing them with high-quality products.
