Field Technical Support Representative

Ultra Durable Technologies (UDT) is a manufacturer of sustainable floor coatings that promote health, safety, and savings. We are looking for a career-oriented technical support representative to train and demonstrate our green and sustainable floor finish (EPIC) to schools, hospitals, and businesses. An ideal candidate will have experience applying coatings, floor finishes or paint. However, a “hands-on” learner that is personable and willing to learn would be even more valuable. We will train you on everything necessary to be successful in the position.

Cleaning and maintenance trades are becoming increasingly recognized and appreciated as the front line of defense against illness transmission. However, giant chemical manufacturers continue to peddle increasing volumes of products that are often harmful to people and the environment. Join our effort to “green up” this industry with products that are revolutionizing floor care!

The right candidate will embrace UDT’s core values and exemplify them in customer site visits, product demonstrations, and hands-on product training. Demos and trainings will frequently be in a professional setting with direct customer contact where a courteous and professional demeanor is required. Good communication skills are required along with a flexible schedule for some travel; likely 2-4 quick trips per month in the U.S.
