Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

Inside Sales Representative is a vital role in the corporate development of Ultra Durable Technologies (UDT). This position will be responsible for the direct recruitment of UDT EPIC Partners to help grow a nationwide channel partner system.

The position is full-time (Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00)

Conduct recruiting efforts of EPIC Partners. This includes:

  • Coordination with UDT team to conduct initial prospecting efforts (recruitment)
  • Conduct phone and/or virtual meetings to attract, qualify and secure potential EPIC Partners
  • Document all activity and communication in CRM and other appropriate software
  • Collaborate with marketing department to produce materials that support recruitment

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bring positivity, professionalism, and flexibility to the workplace
  • Display ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task
  • Ambition to learn about UDT’s industry and products
  • Demonstrate a meticulous attention to detail
  • Align with UDT’s company core values of service, consistency, reliability, excellence, and innovation
  • Hold an Associate Degree or 4-year Undergraduate Degree
  • 3 years of sales experience

Supervision:

  • CEO is currently the supervising position for this role

Working Conditions:

  • Most work is in an office environment with access to an adjustable standing/sitting desk.
