Epoxy, Polyurea, & Polyaspartic Adhesion Tests with LATE ROLLOUTS

Coatings Corner Video #2

This video revisits the adhesion test from Episode 1, but with an important twist: this time, the epoxy, polyurea, and polyaspartic coatings were all rolled out five minutes later than recommended, well past their working times. The concrete was prepared identically to a Concrete Surface Profile (CSP) of 2-3 using metal bond diamonds, and adhesion was again measured using a PosiTest adhesion tester with three dollies for each coating type.

Hello and welcome back to the Coatings Corner. In this video, we're going to apply epoxy polyaspartic and polyurea again. However, this time we're going to roll all three out late, like 5 minutes after the end of their respective working times.

For each area, we rolled out the right half as normal, then waited until 5 minutes beyond the coating's stated working time before rolling out the left half.
