UDT’s EPIC High-Performance Floor Finish will rejuvenate and extend the life of any flooring! Plus. combining EPIC with our signature EPIC Bond Promoter provides the extra adhesion and durability needed for enhancing and maintaining terrazzo as well as polished concrete.
For extra traction, our own Ultra Grip Additives and UDT Aggregate Additives will prevent slips and falls for anyone entering the building, especially when there is extra moisture on the floor from rain or snow.
A SIMPLE, YET EXTREMELY DURABLE SYSTEM
EPIC High-Performance Floor Finish is a simple and efficient solution that provides excellent protection while showcasing the beauty of natural concrete. It is an economical, thin-film alternative to high-build epoxy systems that replaces the costly concrete polishing process. Moreover, EPIC can be easily repaired and/or recoated.
With the addition of special aggregates and additives, EPIC can provide a slip-resistant flooring solution to maintain a safe work environment. Simply mix Ultra Grip or UDT Aggregate additives right into EPIC while mixing to achieve a uniform application and consistent finish.
MAXIMIZED RESULTS WITH MINIMAL MAINTENANCE
UDT knows that quality floor care is a necessity in industrial settings, which is why we recommend our commercial quality, low-maintenance floor finish. One coat of EPIC is needed every 3-5 years and can be done quickly and easily by screening and cleaning before the recoat (no more stripping!). Routine maintenance, for example, only requires water and a microfiber mop! EPIC also has a dry time option of 4 hours, which allows for extremely fast turn-around times during recoats. Put simply, EPIC saves valuable time and effort, and over time, it also reduces budget expenditures.
RESISTANCE TO ABRASION, UV LIGHT, & HARSH CHEMICALS
One thin coat of EPIC lasts up to 50 times longer than acrylic waxes or polishes and resists yellowing and UV-light, which means that it prevents the discoloration that occurs in most floor finishes.
Even in high-traffic areas, EPIC High-Performance Floor Finish is a better concrete sealer that keeps scuffs and scratches at bay!
