Ultra Durable Polyaspartic Floor Coatings
UDT's complete line of UltraSpartic (polyaspartic) floor coatings has been exclusively formulated and improved by UDT.
US85-EXT LO, US85-FAST LO & US 100 are excellent topcoats for abusive environments like garages, warehouses, production areas, and restrooms.
In addition to high-performing topcoats, UDT's UltraSpartic coatings are used as clear primers for Ultra Grind, Prime & Seal Systems, and pigmented with UltraColor Pigment Packs to achieve solid-colored primers, body coats, and topcoats.
UDT has dramatically improved UltraSpartic 85-EXT LO and UltraSpartic 85-FAST LO to exceed contractors' requests.
UltraSpartic 85-EXT LO
- LO = low odor: Eliminate complaints and provide access to odor-sensitive areas
- Extremely low VOC (24 g/l)
- Optimal Viscosity: Great leveling with the right amount of "body" to apply comfortably
- Extended Working Time: 25+ minutes of working time in warm conditions
- Resistance to Outgassing: No bubbles from "over-working" in hot/humid conditions
- Convenient mixing ratio of 1:1
- 3rd Party Verified testing Data:
- Taber Abrasion of "12" equates to minimal degradation and extreme gloss retention
- König hardness of "180," which means an even more durable surface
- Mandrel Bend 1/8" "Pass" exhibits retained flexibility required for hard coatings
UltraSpartic 85-FAST LO
- LO = low odor; Eliminate complaints and provide access to odor-sensitive areas
- Extremely low VOC (5 g/l)
- Fast re-coating and return-to-service times
- Thin-film primers for clear and pigmented systems
- Cold temperatures and extremely dry climates
- Dry time of 1-2 hours
- Convenient mixing ratio of 1:1
- 3rd party verified testing for the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) including:
- Taber Abrasion of “9” equates to minimal degradation and extreme gloss retention
- König hardness of “170” which means an even more durable surface

- 99% solids by weight
- Extremely low VOC (20 g/l)
