EPIC High-Performance Floor Finish is a premium water-based urethane designed to renew, restore, and protect a wide range of commercial flooring surfaces. Unlike traditional floor wax, EPIC eliminates the need for routine stripping and buffing while helping facilities avoid costly grinding and polishing. The result is dramatically lower maintenance costs, reduced chemical and solid waste, and long-lasting floor protection.
Ideal for LVT, sheet vinyl, VCT, tile and grout, linoleum, concrete, and terrazzo, EPIC is available in High Gloss, Matte, and Semi-Gloss finishes. Traction-and abrasion-resistant aggregate additives are also available to enhance safety and durability across all flooring types.
